We head next door to Happiness is Catering Back Country Market and Café to hear from Owner Christine as she discusses her “tricks of the trade”! Help her as she teaches us to make holiday inspired dishes such as their famous sweet and savory, cheesy bacon wrapped puff pastry twists. A show stopper lesson on creating traditional coq au vin with brown butter sage mashed potatoes. End our evening with the market’s famous apple cranberry crisp with cinnamon ice cream. Grab a friend to experience these mouth-watering dishes and discover the culinary secrets to make your holidays fun. Our lesson ends with a take-home surprise.
