Come share 5 courses & 8 beautifully crafted wines with the bad-arse winemaker - Caroline Diel of Sclossgut Diel.  This is an ALL WHITE WINE event showcasing 1er Cru & Grand Cru Riesling.

"The cellar at Schlossgut Diel dates back to the 16th century and is one of the most beautiful in Germany. Caroline has the quiet confidence of a winemaker who is at ease with her craft, feeling at home in both vineyards and her beautiful old cellar.  After studying winemaking at Geisenheim (the UC Davis of Germany) Caroline went on to work at Domaine de la Romanée Conti, Ruinart, Robert Weil, Ökonomierat Rebholz, Toni Jost, Rippon and others.  In the last two years, Caroline won not one but two awards for “winemaker of the year”.
